Conditioner: For best results use after shampooing with al.ive body White Tea & Argan Oil Hydrating Shampoo. Dispense product into hand and apply to mid-lengths and ends of hair. Leave on for 2-3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with water.
Body Wash: Apply to body, lather and rinse with water. If eye contact occurs, wash out immediately with water. Discontinue use if rash or irritation occurs. Store at room temperature. Warning: do not ingest.

What to expect when switching to Al.ive Body's Hair Care Duo:
Be patient when experiencing the silicone and sulfate free difference, as results will improve over time. For best results, they recommend shampooing twice. The first wash will remove dirt and residue, while the second will help treat and hydrate. For extra nourishment, simply leave your conditioner in a while longer.
